Why do we need to talk about it?

Entrepreneurs are technically 50 times more likely to have mental health conditions than an ordinary
Person & is even likely to suffer from depression.
Apart from this, the founders can suffer from some associated issues like self-doubt, loneliness, imposter
Syndrome and burnout at the workplace.

TOO MUCH WEIGHT FOR A SHOULDER?

Entrepreneurship is a distinct path taken from a steady & secure job, which can make them feel too much weight to hold at once. As a Founder, one needs to be an innovator and creator, and this
must align with their inner wheel of motivation & conviction to manage the one man/woman show.

Make it a Priority!

The Pandemic has hit us hard in terms of mental well-being just as the physical one. Poor market
demands, the uncertainty of business performance, global distress, job attrition, Lack of funds, and whatnot. It’s needed like never before to address this issue and train entrepreneurs to be mindful and maintain their mental well beingness with utmost priority.

Feel it? or deal with it?

A. Destigmatize the topic of the founder’s mental health, it’s okay not to feel okay and talk loud about it.
B. Understand that there are no failures, only feedback.
C. Adopting a dynamic approach towards changing business environmental conditions.
D. Identify the factors that can exacerbate your stress level & just stay away.
E. Trust this, you are not alone. We all deal with lot many difficult things every day.

Eat well, Sleep well, work out, write about your problems, pay

attention to your health matters, and don’t forget to take a chill pill.

Give yourself an out, meet new people, Share the ideas with your friends, find relatable issues and solve together, Get a good Coach, and grow that Self acceptance.

Reach out to other people to get relatable solutions.

Seek more info on how people deal with it in their lives.

As a responsible society, we must normalize this conversation about the mental well-being of entrepreneurs, even if it requires a whole fundamental shift in the way we perceive them as ‘struggling superheroes’.
